[求助] 是不是新好都不能回复帖子啊?

是不是新好都不能回复帖子啊?

注册这个号20来天了.一直都是看完每个帖子,要发表回复却找不到回复的地方!


我如何发表回复回复有分三种：第一、贴子最下方的快速回复； 第二、在您想回复的楼层点击右下方“回复”； 第三、完整回复页面，点击本页“新帖”旁边的“回复”。


         问题是这3种回复方式.我都没有.   这是为什么? 麻烦指点
