希望对萌新友好点，比如我……评价倒是简单，作为电脑小白，申请完了评委资格才想起来不会放相对链接，话说有没有大佬能发个相对链接的标准格式给我？到时候我只需要用标准格式删改中间部分就可以，否则的话点评贴没法做……另外，找了半天没找到啥时候可以开始点评，是现阶段就可以针对已经完结的征文贴做评价了么？
