高三？那楼主还是集中精神于学业上吧，高考完再更也不迟，高考可是唯普通人人生命运的转折点，甚至是唯一的机会，学业和兴趣轻重得把握住。

还有，建议少打手枪，到大学找女朋友实践，看B站底层原理讲的不可描述行为对大脑影响，有些人可能就有不可逆的不良结果，个人的经验也是记忆力退化厉害，精神无法集中，颓废，阈值性趣及能力下降。
趁年轻还是得健康阳光点，比如运动，女孩子也自然会被吸引过来，实践胜于手枪，岂不美哉？
