个人观点，手淫本身没有什么问题，关键是一个度，掌握好了尺度，没有什么不好的。反而可以位置精液的正常代谢。对于单身人士来说手淫远好过于出去鬼混。
如果是有女朋友或者结婚的人来说，就完全没有必要手淫了吧，也不用问这种傻问题了。
